With our commitment to pet-friendly living, we're here to make sure your pets feel welcome.
We understand that pets are an integral part of your life, and we've made it convenient for you at The Lafayette Apartments. Our pet-friendly community offers amenities designed to enhance your pet's experience. To accommodate your pets, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet and $150 for the second, along with a monthly pet rent of $40 per pet. Rest assured, all pet applications must be approved by management, as PRG reserves the right to approve or deny pet applications, ensuring a harmonious living environment for all.
